Frequently asked questions

How much space do I need?
Each teepee and mattress is 90cm x 180cm. For a standard 4 person sleepover, we need approx 4m x 2m. Please ensure there is enough space for children to move around the tents.

Do I need to pay a booking deposit?
Yes, a booking deposit of $100 is required. To secure your dates please pay your booking deposit as soon as possible. Provisional bookings will be held for 72hrs, if we have not received your booking deposit after this time then the date will become available to other customers.

Do I need to wash anything?
No! We take care of all the linen so you can enjoy a hassle free sleepover.

How long does it take to set up/pack down?
Please allow 3 hours for set up and 2 hours for pack down.

When should I book?
As soon as possible. Dates can fill up months in advance so please allow 6-8 weeks.
